Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping (1–2 days) is available at checkout for most cities. International orders ship within 7–14 days. You'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp & email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over Rs. 3,500. Orders below that amount have a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 nationwide.
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and email. You can use this to track your parcel in real time through our courier's website.
Yes — we ship to the UAE, UK, USA, Canada, and most of Europe. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties may apply depending on your country.

Our bracelets use a combination of glass beads, crystal beads, seed beads, semi-precious stones, and wooden beads — all hand-strung on high-quality elastic or silk thread. Metal components are 18k gold-plated or sterling silver.
Our lockets are 18k gold-plated over brass or sterling silver. We clearly label each product — if a piece is solid gold it will be stated explicitly. Gold-plated pieces retain their colour beautifully with proper care.
Yes — all our metal findings, clasps and earring hooks are nickel-free and hypoallergenic. However, if you have a known metal sensitivity, we recommend checking the product description or contacting us before ordering.
Most of our bead bracelets are strung on stretchy elastic cord which fits most wrist sizes (6–8 inches). For rigid bangles and cuff styles, sizes are listed on the product page. Custom sizing is available — just drop us a message!
✨   Jewellery Care
Keep your bead bracelets away from water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Store them flat or on a bracelet stand to avoid stretching the elastic. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Avoid exposing them to direct sunlight for extended periods.
We recommend removing all jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising. Prolonged exposure to water, chlorine, and sweat can dull gold plating and weaken elastic thread over time. Think of it as a little routine — put your pieces on last, take them off first.
Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently buff the surface of your locket. For deeper cleaning, use a small amount of mild soap on a damp cloth, then dry immediately. Never soak lockets in water or use ultrasonic cleaners on plated pieces.
Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or the box it came in to avoid scratching and tangling. Keep jewellery in a cool, dry place away from humidity. Anti-tarnish strips in your jewellery box can help extend the life of gold-plated pieces.

Every single order comes in our signature crimson gift box at no extra charge — ready to give. You can also add a personalised handwritten gift note at checkout. For bulk gifting (weddings, corporate) contact us for special packages.
Absolutely — this is one of our favourite types of order! We offer bulk bridal and event sets with matching or coordinated pieces for the whole party. Get in touch at least 3 weeks before your event for a smooth experience.
↩️   Returns & Exchange
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unused, unworn items in their original packaging. Custom and personalised orders are non-refundable. To initiate a return, message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number.
We're so sorry to hear that! Please photograph the item and packaging and send it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately — no questions asked.
Yes — exchanges are welcome within 7 days. Simply return the original piece in unused condition and we'll ship your new choice. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item was defective.
